[Resolved] HDFC Bank — netbanking - transaction dispute | |||||
On dated 5th march 2018 i have mistakenly transferred rs 60000/- from kotak bank to hdfc credit card account number which is not exist/dormant account, but transaction was successful. Last transaction was made on hdfc credit card on 2013 april. But unfortunately i am regularly follow up customer care, hdfc bank but no one is helping me out how can get my money. Please kindly help me out. Its more than 50 days but i am not getting any respond from the bank end. If the account was dormant how money get deducted from kotak bank.
