[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Netbanking Transaction Related & Branch Not Supporting | |||||
I transferred amount of Rs. 1000/- on 23/01/2017 via IMPS but till now it has not been credited to beneficiary account but debited from my account. I am unable to reach your customer care number which is provided to me [protected] tried at-least 60 times from that day. Your branch at DLF Cross Point, Gurgaon is also not supporting at all they are infact not listening to this complaint bcoz amount has been transferred through netbanking. I visited there for almost 2-3 times but no response from PB saying they don't have any solution for this complaint, contact customer care or beneficiary bank. Kindly look into the issue and hoping for revert ASAP. Verified Support Jan 25, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Kindly note that the transaction was timed out, wherein the beneficiary customer will receive the funds with in 2 working days.
