HDFC Bank — No delivery of apartment

I booked a flat in unitech gardens in 2012 under the subvention scheme, while i continue to pay my emi it does not seem likely that any flat will be delivered in the next few years to come. The subvention scheme is also a big scam since the hdfc is as much complicit as unitech. They were completely in the loop of how unitech has performed and hdfc should as much face the heat as unitech - for poor due diligence.In india it is easy to apportion blame to citizens but unitech and hdfc are examples of organised crime! In our system a hypothecation agreement is often based on trust: that the bank has done due diligence. If this is hdfc standard i am sure it needs to be thrown out of business. Alas its top honchos discourse on credit policies of the rbi etc.
