[Resolved] HDFC Bank — no due certificate not provided | |||||
Inspite paying 75000k at one shot in the year 2015 and card never got renewed still hdfc bank has been charging me minimum since almost 4 years without any reason. This came to me as a shock when i checked my credit score. This pathetic service of hdfc has impacted my credit score big time and i want hdfc bank to answer me over the same. Post collecting 75, 000 why my account wasn't closed and kept my account active and charged for these many years. Why was i not contacted? I would want hdfc to reverse the unnecessary charges that they have levied in these many years Was this information helpful? | |||||

I'm really hurt and disappointed by your manager in Bangalore call centre who speaks really rudely and have no respect for customers. I feel the higher management should take action regarding this
