HDFC Bank — no response about my delivery of fastag

Address:Ramapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600089

Please update the status of my fasttagg application done through online from hdfcbank online referance id: hfr328951

I am not getting any subsequent confirmation from bank as well in mail old resolve.

I am a long period customer with hdfc, i am surprised to see why they are not making much attention towards a fast growing customer need of fastag with no response from their side just a simple websupport only created to receive the fasttag application money...
