HDFC Bank — no response, fastag not received

Hi, Applied for fastag online, shown transaction failed, but amount rs.500 /- has been deducted though the transaction was failed, didnt got any confirmation about amount deduction from card. Few days later, i came to know only through sms from hdfc, saying my fastag has been processed. Received the fastag customer id and wallet id. Till now there were information about delivery details about fastag, always contact number is busy. There is no proper response from hdfc. Received an sms saying that i will receive the fastag by this week, but no response/details about dispatch and not received the same. Always your customer care number [protected] is busy. Hence i registered a complaint.
