[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — no response from hdfc employee

We are staying in abroad and 50days before we have settled our credit card account in chennai by paying rs.26740. Hdfc debt collection team was co-ordinating closely with us until they receive the amount from me. And when i was trying to trace them for noc letter/credit card closure letter, there is no response from the manager as well his executive.. Trying to catch him through calls msgs mails for the past 6days but no answer.. Would be highly grateful, if i get an update on the status of my credit card.. I know they have paid but not sure whether they paid as settlement or emi's as i haven't received any receipt stating that..

Hi,

Can any body please share the reason for my credit card disapproval.

when all the documents, cibil score, inspection is correct than why you disapproved my request. The reason for rejection has to be shared with customer. Will never apply for HDFC credit card again.

Below are the details of my request :

I want to close hdfc credit card. [protected]. Either exempt my hdfc advance fee or close my credit card.
I got 2000 torn note, from hdfc atm, no guard was there.Edges of the note are torned.No dispence slip was there.
What to do?How will I get my money back?Please help me
This is disgusting, getting too many calls from hdfc bank and their consultancies for personal loans.

Even after mentioning clearly that I am not interested.
Kindly remove my number (+91 - [protected]) from your database. Expecting from now not to get any calls till i apply for loans.

Without my knowledge, Some fraudulent transaction Amounting Rs.8803/- has been made at GS CREATIONS at 15:32:35 dated 08/11/2018...Hdfc credit Card Ending 0311.

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card, without my concern on date:15/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-
