HDFC Bank — No response from HDFC Life | |||
I have made a proposal for Click2Protect plus policy (Proposal No.[protected] for a term of 20 years and paid initial premium on 02.03.15. Medical tests were completed on 21.03.15 and waiting for the confirmation. In the mean time I want to make changes in my proposal before the policy got issued. I'm following continuously for the last 5 days asking for the procedure to make changes. I'am getting the predefined mail, asking to allow 2 working days. I don't believe 2 working days required to inform the process? In addition to that received a link asking to go through for making changes. Found the link given is for making a new proposal, no way connected with my existing. Got a call also from HDFC person offering the support to complete the process for a new proposal, informed the same to HDFC. Received a reply again asking for 2 working days and with the same link, asking to go through. I received n No. of calls before made the payment. After this, it is reversed. They are not even interested in understanding the customer needs. If this is the way during proposal stage, ... I have no choice, but to cancel my proposal and go with other insurance company.
