[Resolved] HDFC Bank — no response of mails

I am continuously doing mails to [protected]@hdfclife.com and not geting respond.
Only response is "apologies for the delay"
I had complaint on 8th september after that i had sent so many reminders and always getting the same reply (Apologies for the delay).
In a mean while i had connected to hdfc simply chat option two times and they always said you will get your reply soon.
I am totally helpless. I had try the customer service no.[protected] many time but call disconnected automatically.
