    I would sincerely request the cancellation of my credit card bearing the number [protected]. I at this moment state that i have paid all the dues outstanding on my credit card.
    I have duly attached the diagonally cut hdfc credit card with this letter. I would be delighted if the cancellation process did not take much time. Any updates on my credit report should reflect the same.
    Please send a confirmation when the credit card is closed.

        Twicely deducted money and the same is reflecting in hdfc credit card statement.
        Hdfc person asked me to attach this. Please do the needfull as soon as since every month im paying the extra
        Charges for this.
        I am really fed up with the service. No one is following up.. No call even no mail its making me really surprised this is
        What the hdfc bank provide service since i am hdfc customer from 5 years but now i have really search the
        Alternate option.
        May i know when i will get response from you guys, are you guys really serious of resolving any issue i have 1500

        From past five year i am holding the HDFC account and these guys never turned me to give me a one call..
        Tired of following from past three month
        so many times provided the mobile number but did not get any call from HDFC person.
        They made me to think that i should not depend on this bank, i should reply on alternate option too

            I have get a new hdfc credit card. But out my surprise rs. 1299/- charged on my credit card account without any kind confirmation/intimation to me as oneassist membership fees. Now i am struggling with hdfc and one assit customer care to get it deactivated for last 2 weeks for this unwilling membership fees reversal/refund.
            I need a help to get this membership deactivated and do a reversal of membership fees.

            Without my confirmation oneassist membership fees rs. 1299 has been added in my card. Why this has been added?
            I want immediate reversal of this fees.
            As confirmed verbally, that this card has no associated hidden charges. Its absolutely free. Till date i did not use this card. And now i am afraid of having some more hidden charges. So i want to surrender this card post reversal of this unknown hidden charges. Please let me know the process thanks.

              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I got a text today it's showing unbilled rs. 1299/- as smart emi request from my credit card number ending with 9980 without my consent on date:27/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this credit card any more. So cancel the credit card and refund/adjust this debited amount of rs.1299/- it's a one assist membership fee
              Note: i've note used the credit card even activated it /reset pin. Got it recently

                I am trying to cancel my credit card using phone banking but hdfc bank is insisting on give a written application and send it to chennai address.
                My concern is if they can issue credit card over phone banking and all verification is done over phone banking then cancellation request shall be executed using phone banking. Why am i supposed to write something for cancellation.
                This is just mental harassment carried out by hdfc bank credit card department.

                OTP 's are receiving my registered mobile number of HDFC netbanking due to that i am not able change my forget password and credit card payment and other trasactions as well.
                Long ago I requested for a credit card.Your guy told me that after 10 days I will get the card.But I did not get the card for 22 days.If your bank can not give it, I do not need it anymore.

                  I want to close my salary account [protected]. So i submitted all my document to the branch sheikh sarai. But no action is taken till date and monthly they are charging me for non-maintenance account.

                  I went to janakpuri branch where i have submitter my account closure with demant closure form. But they only close my demant account only. Please its a request to close my account. I am not going to pay any charge as i have given my document on 3 montha back.

                        May i know what these charges on my hdfc bank account are for?

                        Amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]
                        Amb chrg incl gst for jul2017-mir[protected]

                        These charges were levied this week, and i don´t really use my hdfc account for online transactions, so what am i paying gst for? I lost rs 708+ rs 531 as these charges. I´d like to know what amb stands for and what the charges are.

                          I tried to add money into my payzapp wallet and during that process the amount for rupees 1400 was credited twice from my bank account but not added in the wallet. I tried contacting customer care helpline number and mailed the payzapp support team many number of times but there was no reply from your side. I request you to please refund my amount of rupees 2800 immediately.

This oneassist membership was given to me without my knowledge and rupees 1299 was debited from my card. I contacted the oneassist customer care but your executives were too annoying not letting me cancel the membership and explaining me again and again your services even after i said i am not interested. Please cancel my one assist membership and refund my money back.

                                  My personal loan is running in your esteemed bank. Dur to some major problem in my family my september month emi is missed from my side.. This is the first emi that i have not paid.. One of the employee from your bank talked to my mother very rudely.. My mother was continuously saying to note down my daughter's number as her number is changed. He didi not listen and talked in a very bad manner and disconnect the call. We are requesting him that we will pay it by 29th september positively. But he did nt listen.. Atleast the person should the listen to the old person polietly.

                                      We at m/s indoglobe cycle industries a/c no.[protected] hdfc bank feroze gandhi market bringing it your kind notice that our rm ranu gupta is not doing her work satisfactorily. Whenever we call her she is always busy. First time our cheques had been stopped to encash at other branches of hdfc and we are calling her again n again and she always says i am busy we dont know what documents we have to submit. We have nine sister concern accounts in your bank by the name of m/s indoglobe traders, m/s igc fastners, s/a rajiv singla, sanjeev singla, anupam singla, veena singla, rohini singla, rajiv singla and sons, sanjeev singla and sons if you will not take action i will be forced to close all these accounts. Hope your action soon.
