I am continuously doing mails to [protected]@hdfclife.com and not geting respond.
Only response is "apologies for the delay"
I had complaint on 8th september after that i had sent so many reminders and always getting the same reply (Apologies for the delay).
In a mean while i had connected to hdfc simply chat option two times and they always said you will get your reply soon.
I am totally helpless. I had try the...

    Hello,

    My name is amit agarwal, my contact number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and i am a credit card holder of hdfc bank, i am holding regalia first credit card ([protected]) on which i got a priority pass, at the time of issuance of this card i was informed that you have an airport lounge access offer on this priority pass and you will not be charged any fees on this for any domestic and international travel. Accordingly i used this priority pass in chennai on 17th june 2017. At that time i was not charged anything but in the current month i can see amounts of rs 3523 and rs 634 has been charged to me for using the priority pass. When i called the customer care they informed me that now the bank has make the domestic access chargeable but i didn't get any communication from bank side before 17th june 2017 and not even after that. So why should i pay this charges. I have called so many times to bank but every time i got a response that our senior will call you back in 24 hours but i didn't get any call, i mailed them so many times but not a proper response for mail also, after receiving mail they always reply after 2-3 days that too mentioning that you have to pay this charge without any explanation. My due date is about to come and it will impact my cibil if i will not pay this. Please do something for me.

          I have been charged twice in 4 days with the description dc intl atm w-d markup gst 100917-mir[protected] with total rs.1086/- where as i have not done any international transaction or atm withdrawal. If this continues no option left but to close the account. Please action urgently. There is no clarification provided either on this kindly update accordingly.

            Cancellation of one assist membership
            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 2721 without my concern on date:26/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                    Hdfc person asked me to attach this. Please do the needfull as soon as since every month im paying the extra

                        I have get a new hdfc credit card. But out my surprise rs. 1299/- charged on my credit card account without any kind confirmation/intimation to me as oneassist membership fees. Now i am struggling with hdfc and one assit customer care to get it deactivated for last 2 weeks for this unwilling membership fees reversal/refund.
                        I need a help to get this membership deactivated and do a reversal of membership fees.

                        Without my confirmation oneassist membership fees rs. 1299 has been added in my card. Why this has been added?
                        I want immediate reversal of this fees.
                        As confirmed verbally, that this card has no associated hidden charges. Its absolutely free. Till date i did not use this card. And now i am afraid of having some more hidden charges. So i want to surrender this card post reversal of this unknown hidden charges. Please let me know the process thanks.

I got a text today it's showing unbilled rs. 1299/- as smart emi request from my credit card number ending with 9980 without my consent on date:27/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this credit card any more. So cancel the credit card and refund/adjust this debited amount of rs.1299/- it's a one assist membership fee

                            I am trying to cancel my credit card using phone banking but hdfc bank is insisting on give a written application and send it to chennai address.
                            My concern is if they can issue credit card over phone banking and all verification is done over phone banking then cancellation request shall be executed using phone banking. Why am i supposed to write something for cancellation.
                            This is just mental harassment carried out by hdfc bank credit card department.

                            OTP 's are receiving my registered mobile number of HDFC netbanking due to that i am not able change my forget password and credit card payment and other trasactions as well.
                            Long ago I requested for a credit card.Your guy told me that after 10 days I will get the card.But I did not get the card for 22 days.If your bank can not give it, I do not need it anymore.

                              I want to close my salary account [protected]. So i submitted all my document to the branch sheikh sarai. But no action is taken till date and monthly they are charging me for non-maintenance account.

                              I went to janakpuri branch where i have submitter my account closure with demant closure form. But they only close my demant account only. Please its a request to close my account. I am not going to pay any charge as i have given my document on 3 montha back.

                                  I recieved an sms today stating the following “dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to tata aia life insurance co ltd with value rs. 31506.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.“ i am not aware of any such transaction authorised by me. Kindly check it asap.

                                  I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5378 without my concern on date: 22/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

                                    May i know what these charges on my hdfc bank account are for?

                                    Amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]
                                    Amb chrg incl gst for jul2017-mir[protected]

                                    These charges were levied this week, and i don´t really use my hdfc account for online transactions, so what am i paying gst for? I lost rs 708+ rs 531 as these charges. I´d like to know what amb stands for and what the charges are.

                                      I tried to add money into my payzapp wallet and during that process the amount for rupees 1400 was credited twice from my bank account but not added in the wallet. I tried contacting customer care helpline number and mailed the payzapp support team many number of times but there was no reply from your side. I request you to please refund my amount of rupees 2800 immediately.
