HDFC Bank — no response on fastag issuance/delivery. application ref. no. hfr300629 | |||
I am a customer of HDFC bank which made me apply for Fastag with HDFC. I did not receive any SMS or E-mail but the bank has deducted Rs. 500 for the Fastag. Luckily, I noted down the application number for Fastag. One day, I made a call to[protected] explaining the problem and the representative assured me that my issue has been taken up as a priority. After this, I have not received any further information on the Fastag. I tried calling their service number[protected] multiple times, but no one has responded to it. I see that on news that FASTag is made mandatory for all vehicles from Dec 1. Now, I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED and feel cheated by the Fastag service that HDFC bank has provided. I have not received any call or email from HDFC trying to resolve this issue. It appears that this complaint didn't come to their notice at all.
