HDFC Bank — no response on hdfc fastag

Had applied for fastag with hdfc bank on 13th november, 2019. I got a reference number hfr368502. I have not received any application pdf. I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since last 3 - 4 days but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. I have my saving account with hdfc for last 10 years and this is first time i am facing such horrible service. Please help me on this as soon as possible.

As per our records, your tag is under process and you will receive the delivery in 7 working days. Our team will share the dispatch details of the tag via SMS shortly.

Updated by BalkiSalem1988 7 days is over till no SMS about the fastag tracking. No confirmation mail from hdfc. But money alone taken from my account on time. If something is not possible from hdfc side, why are you providing false commitments to loyal customers. Please respond as soon as possible.

This part of service from hdfc is not at all good. Please help me on this issue as soon as possible
