[Resolved] HDFC Bank — no update on fastag application | |||
Hello, I applied for fastag on 02nd dec'19. My application id hfr856492. As per sla, i should have received it within 7 working days but no update even after 10 working days. When i attempted to reach customer care number. The number is continuously busy and not able to reach it. When contacted branch, they reply 'it is online process and don't attend the request.' Hdfc have kept fastag number seperated than then banking service number. Tried banking customer care number but it is all menu driven and ivrs based. No customer care executive present to respond.
