[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Non receipt of Credit card statements for the past six months

Name : Jyothi Padmanabhan Card No: [protected] I have been using the HDFC card for the past 4-5 yrs.Earlier, I was getting cc statement by post as well as eleconically.For the past 6 months, I neither received statement by post nor electronically. Only by seeing the sms alert I am making the payment.I have lodged complaint on 61606161 orally three to four times.
