On 04.11.2014, remitted Rs 50 000 as premium for HDFC LIFE SUPER INCOME PLAN, and submitted all documents and details as requested by your staff. But till time even after 75 days I have not recd. policy document. .If you have any problem in issuing the policy document, please return the premium amount paid immediately. I am very unhappy with your practice I took the policy because of the faith on HDFC.But now I lost the confidence on HDFC Life Insurance corporation. Best you please return the amount paid.
