HDFC Bank — non receipt of fastag

I had paid an amount of Rs. 500 on 5th December through my HDFC credit card for the procurement of Fastag for my car. The amount was deducted but I have not received the Fastag till date. I have received an email and sms of issue of Fastag on 5th December with customer ID[protected]. Kindly let me know the details.
