HDFC Bank — non refund of amount | |||
I had taken a policy named sanchay from the agent of HDFCLife . they provided me wrong information on account which i cancelled it. Cancellation message was received by me on 02.06.2015. But customer care still saying that there is no cancellation. Whereas the HDFC life Branch sec-3 Rohini Branch near M2k cinema hall Delhi says refund request has been posted. Still not i have received the payment of Rs/ 52000/- which was deducted from my credit card. Attitude of HDFC life is pathetic. I have never interacted with such irresponsible company. when i complaint to [protected]@hdfclife.com they say contact Branch. Branch is not doing its work.
