I am not getting otp after update the register mobile number throug atm but i got msz from bank your mobile num was updated with in 2 days i got the message i m getting otp through email by not for mobile number is it come to previous number or what i am not getting why it's not getting otp aslo i got the msz from the hdfc bank. Please help me out to solve the issue

I am purchased a mobile on Amazon it has a offer of 5%cash back i got the mobile but vadu back was not credited
