[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not getting premium receipt, fund value statement, annuity options | |||
I hold hdfc life pension champion insurance policy #[protected]Client id:[protected] since 25/06/2010. I have paid all premiums on time including the tenth/final premium on 25/06/2019. I am eligible for annuity from 25/06/2020. Except reminders for annual premium, i hardly got any service support. Since payment of last payment, i da been complaining about not receiving hard copy of premium receipt, fund value statement and details of annuity options available to me from 25/06/2020. I recd a sms cfming registration of my complaint request # 1-[protected]. I have sent reminders thereafter seeking the requested details.
