[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not received fastag that I applied 1 month ago | |||
I had applied for fastag via hdfc bank after seeing the ad on your webpage. On the first time registration, session got timed out, money was detected, but registration was not completed. I have still not received the refund of rs.500 for this. Second time registration was successful. But i have still not received my fastag and its already dec 2. Hdfc bank officials say they cannot help and i need to contact hdfc fastag customer service. Hdfc fastag cc is always unavailable and no email id that i can write to also.
