[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — not receiving update from hdfc on fastag

Received acknowledgement mail from hdfc dated on 17th oct with reference number hfr288840, and deliver assurance with in 7 days. When i tried to connect toll free number [protected] multiple times it wont connect and will get busy tone always. Still fastag not deliverd but i received notification like "your fastag has been recharged sucessfully like that. I didnt received shipment details as well to track it.

how to get customer id and remaing details, i lost the paper which is inside the courier
now i am not able to recharge my account.

forgot username portal is not working, not able to do recharge with car registration number.
