[Resolved] HDFC Bank — online shopping refund has not come since 15 days. | |||
Recently i have purchased items from flipkart online shopping app on 10th oct 2018 and made payments using my hdfc account. But due to certain reasons i had to immediately cancel my purchase n i was confirmed by the merchant of refund within 2/3 business days ie 13/10/2018. The amount was worth 6634 rupees. Bt at the end of 13th i only got 345 rupees. When i made contact to the customer care at flipkart they told that they have returned the money n it might take 7-10 business days for the amount to be displayed in my account. Owing to the assurance and the fact that there was lot of holidays in between i waited till 23/10/2018. But im yet to recieve my money. I again talked to the customer care at flipkart n they told that it was on part of bank that my money has been stuck. I tried to talk at the local branch of hdfc but they told that nothing can be done at here n i have to drop a mail citing my problems. Hence, i request to kindly take some urgent action n see that the money (Worth rupees 6289) is back to me at the earliest. Consider this as urgent n do the needful asap. Waiting a reply from you.
