[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Open demat account with my information and charged. | |||||
I am an account holder of hdfc bank it park branch bangalore. On 15th feb 2017 rs.805 deducted towards depository charges when i had inquired with customer care i got to know that was for demat account annual maintenance fee at that time i got to know i have a dmat account. Without my knowledge and information my demat account had been created and charged for last five years. My account had created at time of i joined at my current company as salary account and that time we have filled multiple forms which was guided by a hdfc executive. At that time already i have an active demat account from sharekhan, so i had no requirement to open another demat account, so hdfc executive misguided me to fill the form and opened another demat which is charged by hdfc bank. This is a way to cheat a customer and i never expect such thing from hdfc. I have sent couple of mails to hdfc on this but no reply so far. I want my my money back which was charged by hdfc in 5 years in this regards. Was this information helpful? | |||||
