[Resolved] HDFC Bank — otp pin not received | |
Hi, I stopped receiving OTP on my registered mobile number from Jan 1 2020. Is there anything I can do ? I used to receive them correctly over my international registered number for past two years. I am not able to reach any customer care nor are there any options to check this. I have written to Hdfc over mail but no one has responded yet. Can you please look into this ? I have got Customer Id[protected] on Dec 20, 2019.
It has been more than 1 month but I still have not got fastag stickers.
This is really bad, I am not sure whom should I contact?
Their customer care service is also not helpful at all.
