[Resolved] HDFC Bank — paid premium twice from my account to lic policy no:[protected] through smartpay

Hi,
Double payment has been made for lic policy no:[protected] on 12 /feb/2019 through smartpay.
Premium amount :rs 88436.03.
Name:kamal kumar behera
Phone number:[protected]

If though i have done once premium paid through hdfc smartpay, still hdfc automatically paid second time for same policy, i asked to reverse/ refund my 2nd payment but hdfc is not responding my mail as well as they are not worried.

Please find attached transaction deducted details for your reference.
Please help me to get my money back
