Hi, Double payment has been made for lic policy no:[protected] on 12 /feb/2019 through smartpay. Premium amount :rs 88436.03. Name:kamal kumar behera Phone number:[protected] If though i have done once premium paid through hdfc smartpay, still hdfc automatically paid second time for same policy, i asked to reverse/ refund my 2nd payment but hdfc is not responding my mail as well as they are not worried.
