HDFC Bank — paid to tez app user amount deducted from my account but user not received any amount

My name is Rajesh Perika. From TEZ app I paid 501 amount to tez app user. User did not receive the amount but in my account amount is deducted. My account no is [protected].Please help us in resolving the issue asap.
