I had applied for 2 fast tags for my 2 vehicles and have received the physical tags for both. Have lost the customer id/wallet id details for one of them (Application no hrf025175) and unable to retrieve the same. There is absolutely no information on the website how to retrieve this information. The customer care number provided on the website is useless. It is always busy no matter what time you call and there is no provision to be on hold. It gets disconnected automatically within a min or so. For the other one (Application no hrf027408), i received the login details through sms but the website does not work to recharge the a/c. To generate the password for the first time, i have tried requesting otp multiple times but haven't received it once. So again stuck up.
The required amount is deducted right at the time of application but there is no way to follow up in case of issues. As a consumer, i feel cheated.
Pls intervene and help resolve at the earliest else cancel these 2 applications and refund me the amount hat i have paid (Rs 300 for each).
