HDFC Bank — payment dispute | |||
I have fastag issued by hdfc bank with wallet id as [protected]. I have received an email and sms for deduction of rs.290 from my fastag account on 31st dec. The reason was listed as manual debit. Though my car was parked at home on that day. I called n sent emails to customer support many times but there is no conclusion. Moreover, there is no escalation option available. It is the worst customer service i ever faced. Not sure how to proceed further. Can anyone please help me on this issue? Was this information helpful? | |||

I was going through my bank statements, I came to know there was a transaction of Rs.951 named as DC Intl Pos Txn Markup+st, the amount was deducted without any notice and I tried to call the customer care, still, there isn't any response.
