[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payment gateway failed money deducted is not refunded | |||||
Hi, On 16th august 2017, i purchased a product 'wildhorn combo set' from amazon.in While i was placing the order during payment the first transaction failed to placed the order but amount of 849. Rs got deducted from my credit card and i received message for revised payment. And then when i proceeded with revised payment again 849. Rs got deducted from my credit card and order was placed. But i haven't yet received the refund of 849. Rs from the first payment gateway transaction failure. Was this information helpful? | |||||
