[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payment not made to my vodafone no from my account

Complaint pertains to hdfc bank lajpath nagar ring road, where i hold accounts. I had instructed them to dirctly pay my vodafone bill for my no [protected] from my s/b account no [protected]. The payments were going from my account directly for many years. Suddenly last month the payment was not made to my phone, resulting my dis connction of phone and
Embrassment. I requested my bank many times but my compalint is not redressed till now. Nor they are telling me any reason for denying payment. I request you to take up the matter with the bank
