[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payment not received to the customer | |||||
Hi i'm venkateswarlu lingam. I paid 392/- for vodafone package from my mobile through hdfc netbanking. Amount was deducted from account but not credited to the customer account. It was happened on jun 28th. As of now, there is no proper response from hdfc. I checked with relationship manager and grievance cell people. They are always telling the process to kill the time.
