[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp deducted money but failed transaction | |||
Today i tried to load my payzapp wallet amounting ₹10000. The money got deducted from bank account but payzapp transaction failed. The customer care of payzapp is not working and and have mailed, still no reply. Not expected from hdfc. Let me know the resolution urgently. Review: My experience have not really been even average with this app. I wonder how hdfc can get such a buggy app designed. Offers are great but never do they automatically deposit the cashback. I have to mail them every time. Today did a ₹10000 transaction it failed but money got deducted from my debit card, the customer hotline is not working or connecting. Thats the kind of panic and anxious moments it will make you face. For the record, i use hdfc mobile app, paytm and every other online payment app available out there, this being the worst.
