[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp failed transaction amount not refunded | |||||
Mobile number: [protected] I tried adding 5000 to my payzapp wallet on 4th september, 2017. Amount got deducted from my credit card but amount was not credited to the wallet. Later i checked with customer care team they told it would be refunded in 5 working days but it didn't happen. Later i called customer care again they informed that they have already transferred the amount and asked to contact citibank. I contacted citibank, they informed that they are not able to find any information. What happened to my money, did 5k vanish into air? Was this information helpful? | |||||
