HDFC Bank Payzapp — transaction failed , amount not refunded | |
My phone number - [protected] i have done a 5000/- transaction on 1st august 2017 to my saving icici account, money got deducted from my payzapp wallet but the amount was not credited to bank account and still not refunded, plz refund my amount back, it's already 9 days past, as per your policy refunded in 5 days, i want my money as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |

HDFC Bank Customer Assistance
I have also done a transaction of 1000 rs to the payzapp wallet, the ampunt got feducted but not credited to the wallet, i have raised a complaint regarding this issue, they said you need to verify your bank with refrence no ihave given but the bank employee is saying there is any refund comes from the payzapp. Please help me
