[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp transfer not credited and refund also not received

Dear sir, iam nagaraju my payzapp account id;[protected] on sep 9th i transfor 5000rs to my icici bank account but amont not credited to account and that day shows status failed very next day transaction status changed to success. But till now amount not credited.in notifications till showing transaction pending and if you payment not recevied with debited amount refund received in 5 days. I waited for 6days till now there is no any information. Txn id;[protected]on45tj7. Here iam updating 3 notifications for 1 txn. Please kindly do the needfull and as early as possible give refund. Thankyou sir.
