Thanks for your response. However there is one more detail I have regarding this case.
I am in talk with Pawan & Teju since day one but they did not clearly clarified me on Processing Fees & Insurance which I have to pay with this loan.
I have also inquired with Mr. Pranav[protected] from HDFC Bank Personal Loan on 21-Dec-2013 and he is committing the same loan with interest rate of 14.25 % whereas Pawan & Teju have quoted the same with 17 %.
I have took both Pawan & Pranav in conference call to discuss the same, during our discussion Mr. Pawan has committed that he will talk to his sales manager and arrange this loan on 14.25 %. I am awaiting their response.

3 days ago I also talked with your sales manager Ms. Diksha Mehra and she has said that she will get back to me on this till 26-Dec-2013 with resolution however I have not yet received any response from either you guys or Diksha.
This has been pending since last more than 10-12 days and I do not understand why bank executives are taking so much time to address such a small query of mine.
