I am getting daily or mostly one call in 2 days
I have informed the team not to call for any loan and OD and credit cards.
It is causing the issue to my mental health, and I am not able receive important call.
I have kept my phone in silent mode and missing calls from my mother.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am writing to raise an urgent complaint regarding unauthorized debit card transactions from my HDFC account.

I have a Home loan in HDFC and asked the same executive to provide a top-up, and without knowing me, he applied for an Improvement Loan.

And that loan he registered in the Mysore Branch, which is also not known until I raised a query with customer care over email.

In 2024 I used to work in 24/7.ai so I had to create a new salary account then later after few months I left the company and then after some time I saw tht the hdfc account isn't closed. HDFC given Policy by fake commitment and I am fighting from last 4.5 Year.
They took 1 LAC and after 4.5 Year They made 1 LAC 13K ONLY

They took 2 Year to close 2 saving account and closed account after filing complaint to RBI
