[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — please refund my late autopay charges

My name is p. Revanth kumar
I am using my credit card since 3 years
My card number _ — { [protected] } recently this month bill i paid my credit card payment at the 3rd date of this month at 11am morning at baik
But at the same day is billing date
But paying at same date morning late at 11am already autopay on my card is debited & late charges apply to my credit card
But on that date at cash section we paid but already autopay has debited & autopay return charged charges
We got a sms of return autopay charges
We ask cashier he told please take amount has self & transfer in online asap
We done at the same date
But i had already paid & send email to ur hdfc bank about of my autopay return charges
But no return email or no reply from bank
Please check our statement details &
Refund my autopay charges asap

Please do needful to us

Iam a customer from 5 years

Dear Customer,

We observe that you have given us an instruction to claim the Total monthly outstanding on your card account from your savings account. Based on the instruction, we had attempted to claim Rs. 30, 000.00 from your savings account and the same was returned due to insufficient funds. As you may be aware, any payment returned would attract a payment return charge. In view of the same, the autopay return fee has been levied. We note that you have affected payment of Rs. 30, 000.00 on the same day when the attempt to claim the amount was done. We request you to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account henceforth to enable us to carry out your instruction effectively and to avoid levy of autopay return charges on your card account. Alternatively, you can effect interim payment through net banking 3 days prior to Payment due date to avoid levy of charges.

But sorry for late payment
Bit we had paid at the same date of billing at before 12pm
By paying at bank already auto pay has been returned
We think the same date last means we had to pay at same date at below bank closing hours
So some of my office work i had been lated by paying amount
So please excuse me & leave autopay
Charges & clear my outstanding amount of rs 1260
Sir please try to leave autopay return charges ASAP
From Next time I will pay before 2 days
Please help us
I have a good opinion from HDFC on good service & do needful to me
I refer so many friends to take HDFC credit card they r using also

Hey there! Devendra rana this side, I am feeling cheated as the Hdfc bank has charged me 450 Rs of Auto pay service which i had availed few months back. The reason i feel so is that, They did not ask me whether this service is chargeable or not before awailing this to me. And the reason why the autopay did not autodebit my premium from my saving account is that i am not using my saving account since, Hdfc deducted 700 Rs or more for my Platinum debit card which i had not applied for  and the salesperson did not aware me about it, I asked him that why 700Rs deducted for debit card, But he did not give me any satisfactory answer and said he will reimburse, But it did not happen. And because i left my job and i am not able to maintain a minimum amount in savings account, Hdfc continuously had charged a Non maintainence charge to me, that's why i did not used my debit card again. There are many things which are not being told to customers while registering, As the sales person wants to finish the process asap, Things should be crystal clear and when it comes to monetary risks, They should clearly mention it that we will deduct this amount of charge. I would request you to refund the Autopay charges which i am paying from several months. And you can also check that i have not missed a single Due and i pay my premium before or on time.
