[Resolved] HDFC Bank — pmay home loan subsidy not credited to my loan account even after 6 months of loan approval | |||
Respected all, Thia is 3rd time to check the status of my home loan subsidy application status which comes under pmay and which is centre government policy and really disappointed to see the speed of the concerned departments involved in pradhan mantri awas yojna which says " housing to all by 2022'. Can we fulfil the willing of pmo india by this speed??? I don't think that we can provide minimum housing to the needy people by next 4 years, who gets an encouragement by the pradhan mantri awas yojna home loan subsidy to the needy and eligible people of india. If a bank or nhb is taking more than 6 months to approve one application of an applicant who believes that he is eligible for same and have provided all the required document on time to the bank and still struggling to check the status of his application. I have applied for pradhan mantri awas yojna subsidy through hdfc (Nikol branch) 6 months back or say in august 2018, which is still not credited to my loan account and i am not getting clarity why its pending for so long and how much more time it will take or whom to contact for same. Although i don't see any customer care who can help me in this regards, i called to mithakhali branch they informed me that i have other properties as well (I am clarify to you i do not have any properties.) The hording of bank and pmay says get credit linked home loan subsidy within 90 days of home loan application. But i think its only in adds. Please give me legitimate answers. Below are the details.
