HDFC Bank — Policy not issued still and excess amount is not refunded still | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I Had purchased a online Term Plan from HDFC life. Due to payment terminal problem I had ended up paying 3 times(INR 12144 X3) in the month of Feb 2016. I am requesting for refund of excess amount 24288(INR 12144 X2). I have sent multiple mails to [protected]@hdfclife.com and getting any response from them. I Would like to know if HDFC credit card department can help me in any ways. This will make get into tough situation to pay by bills on time. Request support from your end.
