[Resolved] HDFC Bank — policy which got matured but no sign of refund | |||
Hi, Hdfc life staff seem to be only interested in new customers who are ready sign up and least bothered about people who like to surrender. After horrible customer service from hdfclife, i am submitting a complaint here as no one is responding about my policy surrender. Policy no.: 16643650 Service request no. Is hdfcsl=[protected] After circulating their office number of times and even after submitting all the required documents, no one is responding to my policy status. Also, they try really hard to convince you to buy a policy in lieu of surrender and if you don't buy one, they don't care to hear your concerns. Awful customer service and worst experience with the staff. Hope someone is listening to my problem and i get my refund asap. Contacted through mail and everything but no response. Verified Support Feb 19, 2019 HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved concern with respect to his/her HDFC Life policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed. If the concern is already raised on service Id, our team will check and post assessment response will be shared with policyholder.
