[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Poor management

Very poor branch and the senior staff are worst. I have been working in this branch from past few months and have noticed that there is no value and image of the staff working there. I can't disclose my identity because i know if i do this then my seniors are not enough fair to understand the concern which i will be mentioning below... I'm simply continuing my frustration and anger and i think i have a strong reason for mentioning my complaint.
My main motive of writing this complaint is branch manager's non co - operative behave towards staff. He himself doesn't know about the terms and conditions of the bank, then how would he become branch manager. He doesn’t know how to behave with the staff (Always speak in “tu - tadak”, kaha ja raha hai / rahi hai, always speak in loud voice and sometime i feel like to say that he is just a pain for all who are working here in hdfc). He is completely a non professional man. He is always non co-operative and wants us to according to him only. We feel like a slave while working in hdfc. If i personally say then he is a prejudice. He always takes a side of a person (Only sometime) whom he likes a lot and he always wants everyone to work according to him.
We all know that he is our senior but i believe that we all are not his servants. Though, i know no one will speak or admit in front of him about his behavior and would even try to speak against him not even i would but today i believe that i have to do this………and yes one of the important thing is that he always makes everyone to go home late and lie down to work as per his requirement.
If i talk about office timings then i regret to say that we have to be present at our office by the time our senior wants but we do not have timing to go back home. Nobody gets appreciation when they comes early and go home late but yes everyone get a huge lecture when they comes late even for one minute. Secondly, there is only an incentive policy for the sales person and for rest they have a big nothing. Many times we have been ordered to go for a meeting even after official hours. The main concern which i have noticed is that, there is no cab facility for the staff, even for girls. It clearly shows that once the staff put their step out of the office premises, then the organisation keeps no responsibility for anyone. I have seen girls going home a late night sometime by 9 pm and we all are mature enough to understand how the girls feels going alone late night in the city where we guys are not even safe. Organisation should have some time limit for the girls. It is even written on rbi guidelines and even in hdfc that the office timing are till maximum 6.30 pm. Being a boy we could mange sometime but for girls, i believe they should go home on time. I have even noticed outsiders discussing about timing issues and even discussed with me about all such things. Two of the old lady literally asked me that (Yaha ladkiyo ko itni der tak kyu roka jata hai?) and i had nothing to answer them. But in the protection i said ma’am, due to official work they have to work for longer and sir trust me, they just laughed at me. I felt so bad and helpless.
Everyone knows that hdfc is the one of the biggest organization in the growing world and there should be even must have some helping hand for the employee too. We all have some commitments towards our family but i personally believe that we are worth less for our family. Earning money is not enough to support our family. We should be physically there when our family needs us. We spend more time at our office than our home but it is getting very hectic to work in such a poor atmosphere where we have no one to understand our situations / feelings. We feel like slaves who are working for getting paid and we work as per the bosses requirement and go back only when boss want us to go.
We all personally went to our hr (Individual session) and found no solution. I have even noticed that hr doesn’t even bother to look in to the situation and no one solved the way for us. Hr said, for any help and support go to branch manager and the branch manager said he can’t help us and we need to speak to the management. I do not understand where we would actually find the way to get our problem resolved.in our branch (Cr park) we do not have our alternates for the work and if we speak to our branch manger to provide us the alternate, we usually get revert that we have small branch so go ahead with the same.
I would like to share my suggestion that if company is arranging an individual session for employees then we should also understand their each and every concern. After all employees gives their 100 percent to the company then why not the company understand their situations
Being a responsible citizen i did not find things going good in hdfc and seriously i love my organisation and doesn’t want anyone speak bad about hdfc. I am expecting the way out and want support from our senior management. I would request to all senior staffs to please look in to the matter and make your employees to feel good and supportive. Hope i have not offended anyone by the thing i have mentioned above. Hope the problem will get resolved soon.

A bangalore based real estate company issued 100s of cheques to customers as refund.All the cheques are bouncing with " No Fund ' remarks.Still the bank is issuing 100s of leafs and allow happily to issue 100s more.
What about your control mechanism, ethics as bank.
