[Resolved] HDFC Bank — poor service existence by brand | |||
My customer id is 15009. A request for free atm card has been given to the chembur ca road branch on 16th nov 2018. So far nothing has happened. Any bak in the country issues such card within 3-5 days but this bank has been sleeping over it. No feed back or response on the same. The bank service is poor in the recent past and is carried over by brand name with gods blessing. Copy of acknowledgement from the bank attached. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The bank talked to me informing no free card is available as originally suggested by the Bank at time of application request. Hence not going for the ATM Card.
