[Resolved] HDFC Bank — poor service of credit card application status | |||
Dear sir, After requesting by hdfc personnel of govind nagar branch, kanpur. I was applied for a credit card with authenticated documents given to representative. After regular call at this mobile numbers [protected] with mr. Mohsin who is credit card incharge sitting at lucknow but seeing irresponsible person because most of the time he keep his mobile out of range or off. No. Of times i called to another lucknow no.[protected] and [protected] but they are not able to tell us about the status. No. Of mails i have send but still unable to get status of my credit card application no. Cc38706819 was applied on 05/09/2018. Feel regret to complain. While i am hdfc home loan customer.
