[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Premier banking | |||
This is the second time hdfc bank changed my customer status without taking my consent. Last year they changed my status to “preferred” banking customer and when i browsed through the criteria i was not even close to it still they changed it to preferred and middle of this year they changed back to regular and informed me i did not meet the criteria. First of all i did not ask them to change my status as “preferred”. As a normal banking practice if the bank changes any of the service rules and regulations they should inform the customer. Now again this month they changed myself and my wife as “classic” banking customer again they did not take our consent for such change. I would like to know why a reputed bank like hdfc bank doing such an unethical practice and tarnish the bank’s reputation and causing inconvenience to the customers. Go for smaller banks or banks like SBT- they are not very hitech but very humane at least experience from their 3 branches.
