Last two months (Oct & nov-2017) not auto debit my premium amount rs. 2000/- on my axis bank account, and your co. Give the massage for un sufficient amount in account but in my account has a sufficient amount on premium date (28 of every month), so why not deduct my premium amount in my account, I request you pl. Verified Support Dec 22, 2017 HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, please note that the auto debit mandate is already active in our records. Further, as the excess amount is available with us in our records, the same would get auto adjusted in your policy on the premium due date.
