[Resolved] HDFC Bank — received wrong credit card | |||
I had applied for an hdfc jet privilege platinum credit card through you hdfc sales agent/ third party agency (Mob no. [protected]). I had sent all necessary documents by mail specifying the type of card required. The application form was sent to me for signature after i insisted for the same. However today i received a regalia first credit card (Ending 5827) which is of no use to me. I am a frequent flyer of jet airways and had particularly requested for the jp platinum card. I am appalled by the way the process is handled and even after repeated reminders i was sent the wrong card. The third party agency is a scam, promising something and delivering something else.
