[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Recharge not credited to my wallet(struggling for my hard earn money from last three months.)

Hi Team,
On nov 28th I recharge my HDFC Fastag with rupees 9979 through BHIM app(BHARAT BILLPAY) but the amount is not credited to my wallet till date.

More then 50 times i have called you and raised 6 ticket for same but no response from your side and i am struggling for my money
below is tickets detail with date:
