In response of your mail ref. [protected] I hereby explain the details. I was cheated by hdfc care on 10.10.2015. I received a phone call from hdfc care regarding my credit card limit. One of gentle ladies tried to convince me to take an insurance plan in which the limits of credit card would be increased. Long discussions were going on. At last the deal was final and I agreed to take an insurance plan. My entire voice recordings were given to One assist and they debited money through my credit card. This year also renewed it by hdfc care. When deal was between bank and me, why did they pass it to One Assist Was this information helpful? | |||||
