I have purchase refrigerator on hdfc loan from vijay sales ghatkopar w. Now on first emi this ach form sign difference problem occure. Please help me.

How and where should i submit ach form, should i submit this copy in vijay sales ghatkopar w i am going to verify my signature and submit a new ach mandate form tomorrow.
